Please note that due to the current global pandemic, we have to adhere to strict regulations regarding the handling of our parcels. We therefore cannot exchange any parcels which have been handled outside of its packaging.
Moreover, we therefore cannot offer any monetary refund for items that need to be exchanged since we can cannot accept the handled parcel back from you.
We will not refund the original shipping charge with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
At this stage, we do not exchange products.
In the event that we return to Level 1 of the lockdown, our pre existing return policy will stand as such; returns are permitted for refund of product only; original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Return item(s) must be shipped at the customer’s expense in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving the order.
